No Returns
We currently do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective product received
Exchange requests must be made within 1 day of delivery.
Exchange Conditions
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The exchange will be processed only after the product passes our quality check once received.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
A continuous unpacking video is mandatory for all claims related to defective or incorrect products. The video must:
- Be recorded without cuts or edits
- Clearly show the sealed package being opened
- Clearly show the defect
Failure to provide valid video proof may result in rejection of the request.
Exchange Process
Contact us within 1 day of delivery with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We currently do not offer reverse pickup.
Here’s how to request an exchange:
- Email us at nilamenmaiclothing@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 90254 55469 with your Order ID and issue details.
- We’ll reply with the address to send the item to, along with instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange.
Please make sure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.
- Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
